No documentation
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
