    You manage your products, prices, inventory, and orders from your own seller portal. If you already have a Shopify store, your catalog can be synchronized with it.

How it works

  1. You submit your application

    The form below: your company, your field, your range, and a link to your catalog if it is already online.

  2. We review your application

    We check your commercial register entry and how well your range fits our assortment. We come back to you with our terms.

  3. We open your vendor portal

    You will receive your access credentials. From there, you can create your product listings, or you can synchronize your existing Shopify store.

  4. Your products are online

    Your brand collection is created, your references appear in search results, categories, and on the "Our Brands" page.

What we require

  • A company established in Switzerland

    Registered in the commercial register, with a Business Identification Number (IDE). This is what underpins the promise made to our buyers.

  • Industrial or precision tools

    Cutting tools, clamping, metrology, abrasives, workshop equipment. Our assortment is specialized and remains so.

  • Usable product listings

    A clear designation, a photo, and the characteristics that allow for comparison. This is what sells a technical part — and we help you structure them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to already be selling online to become a partner?

No. The vendor portal allows you to create your product pages directly, without needing an existing online store. Many of our partners had no online presence before joining heidi.shop.

Can I sync my Shopify store catalog?

Yes, your catalog can be pushed from your own Shopify store. One caveat: custom fields—technical characteristics, material, tolerances—do not synchronize and must be entered in the portal. These are precisely the fields that sell a technical part.

Who handles shipping and customs?

It depends on the destination. For Switzerland, you ship directly from your workshop. For international shipments, we consolidate them and handle customs formalities and export documents.

Are your buyers professionals?

Both. heidi.shop sells to businesses and individuals alike. Business customers have a corporate account with 30-day payment on invoice, and can request a quote for their volume and recurring orders.
