Where do I find an item reference?

It appears on every product page, as well as on your delivery notes and previous invoices.

How do I set a quantity?

Add a semicolon then the number, for example 1000042;5. A list pasted from a spreadsheet is recognised as is.

Why is a reference not found?

The item may have been withdrawn from the catalogue, or the reference may contain a typing error. Site search also accepts references.

Can I get a price for a volume order?

Yes. Once the list is checked, request a quote: the answer comes within 48 working hours.
