The SCHAUBLIN adjustable depth stops B32 and W30 allow precise adjustment of the machining length for tools mounted in corresponding collets. They ensure stable and repeatable axial alignment, making them ideal for precision and serial machining applications.

  • Function: accurate and repeatable adjustment of machining depth.
  • Compatibility: B32 and W30 collets depending on rear diameter D1.
  • Construction: rigid guide rod (D2) ensuring maximum stiffness and perfect concentricity.
  • Use: suitable for drilling, milling, or tapping at constant tool length.

Depending on the D1 diameter, these adjustable depth stops may also be used with other collet systems.
