The SCHAUBLIN CY12 cylindrical emergency expanding arbor is designed for internal clamping in occasional use, repair, or adjustment applications.

This model features a cylindrical shank of 16.5 mm diameter, allowing direct mounting on faceplates, chucks, vises, or other clamping devices. The soft-steel head can be easily machined to match the required diameter or workpiece shape.

Clamping is achieved by front expansion using a hex key. The head can be reworked multiple times (turned/ground) to accommodate different diameters or profiles.
