HSK-A63 d6 Schrumpffutter "SCHAUBLIN"

Das SCHAUBLIN Schrumpffutter ist für einen optimalen Halt durch thermische Ausdehnung konzipiert. Seine zylindrische Bohrung wird erhitzt, um das Einsetzen des Werkzeugs zu ermöglichen, und zieht sich beim Abkühlen zusammen, wodurch eine extrem steife und konzentrische Spannung gewährleistet wird.

Dank seiner Expertise bietet SCHAUBLIN Schrumpffutter an, die mit den meisten Induktions- oder Heißluftsystemen kompatibel sind. Sie eignen sich für viele Arten von Hartmetallwerkzeugen und unter bestimmten Bedingungen auch für HSS-Werkzeuge, mit oder ohne Beschichtung.

  • Einsatz: Hochpräzisionsfräsen, Bearbeitung von Hartmetallen
  • Kompatibilität: Induktions- oder Heißluftsysteme
  • Schrumpftemperatur: 150–300 °C je nach Werkzeugtyp
  • Zugelassenes Material: Hartmetall, HSS (gemäß Herstellerempfehlungen)
  • Konstruktion: Außenkontur optimiert für Steifigkeit und Sicherheit
  • Empfohlene Toleranzen: e4...f5, ISO h4 bis h6, ISO m6 (je nach Werkzeug)
