HSK-E40 d6 Shrink-fit Millholder "SCHAUBLIN"

The SCHAUBLIN shrink-fit millholder is designed to provide optimal clamping through thermal expansion. Its cylindrical bore is heated to allow tool insertion and contracts during cooling, ensuring extremely rigid and concentric tool holding.

With its expertise, SCHAUBLIN offers shrink-fit holders compatible with most induction or hot-air systems. They are suitable for a wide range of carbide tools and, under certain conditions, for HSS tools, with or without coating.

• Application: high-precision milling, machining of hard metals

• Shrink temperature: 150–300 °C depending on tool type
• Accepted material: carbide, HSS (according to manufacturer recommendations)
