The SCHAUBLIN W25 internal step collet blank is designed for internal clamping of short parts such as washers, rings, or other specific components. It provides inside-out clamping using an appropriate mechanism.

Supplied with the drawbar and nut pre-assembled. The expansion cone must be ordered separately.

Delivered as a preworked blank: the cylindrical head is pre-formed and can be machined to meet specific application needs.
