Description

Precision 4-jaw scroll chuck with cast iron body and DIN 55027 mounting. Fast, reliable concentric clamping, from ø 125 to ø 500 mm.

Good to know: Mounts directly on a DIN 55027 (bayonet) spindle nose – no backplate needed. Choose the taper size of your spindle.

  • Mounting: DIN 55027 / 55022, with jacking screws and flange nuts
  • Body: cast iron, with central lubrication
  • Clamping: self-centring via scroll and bevel pinions
  • Durability: hardened scroll and jaws, flanks ground on both sides
  • Installation: with intermediate flange included; mounting machined directly into the body on request, longer lead time

Standard accessories: 1 set of drilling jaws, 1 set of turning jaws, 1 chuck key, 1 set of fixing screws.
