Description

Compact automatic collet chuck for DIN 6343 push-type collets. Designed for high-speed bar work on lathes with bar feeder.

  • Mounting: ASA A2 short taper (DIN 55026), taper size 4, 5, 6 or 8
  • Compatible collets: F48 and F66 push-type collets (DIN 6343), Rubberflex and large-capacity collets
  • Operation: push-type collet: high axial accuracy, less distortion of thin-walled parts; threaded nut
  • Speed / force: 6000 to 7000 rpm; clamping force 5400 to 6500 daN
  • Recommended cylinder: VNK 102-46 (F48) or VNK 150-67 (F66)
  • Open position: left end position

Available separately: push-type collets, ejector.
