Description

Automatic collet chuck with stroke limitation and axially fixed (dead-length) collet, for F48 and F66 collets. Clamps very thin-walled parts down to 0.25 mm without distortion.

  • Mounting: cylindrical spindle mount, centring ø 140 H6 or ø 170 H6 (Cyl. 140 / Cyl. 170)
  • Compatible collets: F48 and F66 – round, square, hex or blanks for boring
  • Stroke limitation: mechanical adjustment accessible from outside, directly on the machine
  • Operation: draw-type clamping, axially fixed (no pull-back effect), parallel gripping; suited to radial tools
  • Speed / force: 6000 rpm (F48) / 4000 rpm (F66); clamping force up to 6500 daN
  • Recommended cylinder: VNK 102-46 (F48) or VNK 150 (F66)

Available separately: push-type collets, ejector.
