Description

Automatic collet chuck for clamping heads, for bar stock and chucking parts. The head seats directly in the chuck body for extreme precision.

  • Mounting: cylindrical spindle ø 140 / 170 / 220 mm H6, 6 screws M10, M12 or M16
  • Compatible clamping heads: size 42 / 52 / 65 / 80
  • Operation: draw-type clamping pulling the part against the stop: high axial accuracy; open position = right end position
  • Quick change: heads changed from the front with manual or automatic extractor; direct seating for high concentricity
  • Speed / force: max. speed 5500 to 7000 rpm; clamping force up to 11,500 daN
  • Stop: rigid stop for chucking parts, removable for full bar capacity; special stops on request
