Description

Automatic collet chuck for clamping heads, for bar stock and chucking parts. The head seats directly in the chuck body for extreme precision.

  • Mounting: ASA 2 short taper (A2, DIN 55026), 2-4 to 2-6, 6 screws M10
  • Compatible clamping heads: size 32 / 42
  • Operation: draw-type clamping, axially fixed (dead-length) head – no axial movement or pull-back; parallel gripping; open position = left end position
  • Quick change: heads changed from the front with manual or automatic extractor; direct seating for high concentricity
  • Speed / force: max. speed 7000 to 8000 rpm; clamping force up to 8000 daN
  • Design: very high axial and radial rigidity, rigid stop for chucking parts, compact design
