Description

Automatic collet chuck for Ottet collets, actuated by the machine's draw cylinder. Its stroke limitation clamps very thin-walled parts without distortion.

  • Mounting: Z-70 or Z-140 (cylindrical), ASA 2-5 or ASA 2-6 depending on variant
  • Compatible collets: Ottet collets, for external and internal clamping
  • Operation: hydraulic or pneumatic machine draw cylinder; through-centre flushing possible
  • Stroke limitation: mechanical adjustment from outside, on the machine; wall thickness down to 0.25 mm
  • Speed / force: max. 7000 rpm; recommended cylinder SIN-S 100 (no. 33093110)

Supplied with: chuck without collet, mounting screws, pressure pieces for external and internal clamping (for 50 or 55 mm high collets only).
