Description

SCHAUBLIN Collet Chucks – HSK System

The HSK collet chuck is designed for high-speed, high-precision machining applications. Thanks to its elastic taper and face contact, it provides excellent axial and radial tool retention in the spindle, while adapting to its deformations.

This system guarantees remarkable tool stability even at very high speeds, and allows for manual or automatic tool changes depending on the execution. Clamping is performed with high precision, which improves machining quality and tool life.

  • Standard: Complies with DIN 69893 standard
  • Usage: CNC machining centers, high-speed spindles for milling and grinding, transfer machines, dividing heads, etc.
  • Tool Change: manual or automatic depending on the system
  • Drive: by drive keys or by friction
  • Coolant Supply: through the center or through the flange
Shipping, customs and returns

Where your order ships from. All our shipments leave Switzerland, from our warehouse in Val Terbi. International orders are consolidated at our premises, then sent as a single parcel.

Carrier. UPS worldwide, Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves.

Customs and import taxes. Our prices are shown excluding VAT. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are not included: they are collected by the carrier on delivery and remain payable by the recipient.
