SCHAUBLIN F30 lisse / 76-00101 Push-Type Collet

SCHAUBLIN Push-Type Collet Type F – Smooth Bore

The Type F push-type collet with a smooth internal bore is ideal for precise axial clamping without marking, suitable for cylindrical or standard-profile workpieces.

Clamping is achieved by pushing the collet into its housing using a nut or tapered sleeve.

Key features:

  • Fully smooth bore – perfect for uniform, non-marking clamping
  • Type F – compatible with dedicated spindle systems
  • Well-suited for machining operations requiring reliable concentricity

Note: When not clamped, the collet remains slightly open. The bore must not be measured in this state.
