SCHAUBLIN P10 Pull-Type Collet – Type P

The SCHAUBLIN type P pull-type collet operates using internal draw clamping, pulled into its seat via a clamping wrench.

This collet type is distinct from others thanks to its internal traction mechanism, ensuring reliable and accurate clamping.

  • Recommended applications: toolroom lathes and high-precision equipment
  • Common use: also on multi-spindle heads or production lathes (single or multi-spindle)
  • Large opening: especially suited for conventional machine tools
  • Optimal concentricity: use a collet matching the nominal diameter of the workpiece
  • Bore: generally smooth; round-grooved options available from 9 mm for production use
