SCHAUBLIN W12 Hexagonal Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet with a hexagonal bore provides axial clamping by being drawn into its seat with a dedicated clamping wrench.

This version features an external thread whose nominal diameter closely matches the body, and is specially designed to securely hold six-sided parts.

  • Recommended use: toolroom lathes and precision machines
  • Bore type: hexagonal – for clamping hex-shaped components
  • Opening: minimal – suitable for controlled tightening
  • Clamping precision: avoid more than 0.1 mm under nominal size
  • Concentricity: ensured at nominal diameter
