SCHAUBLIN W12 Nose Collet – Type W

The SCHAUBLIN W-type Nose Collet is axially drawn into its seat using an external thread and a tightening key.

Its tapered nose design is especially suited for fine clamping operations in confined machining areas.

  • Recommended applications: watchmaker lathes, precision machines, micro-machining
  • Opening: limited – for controlled and precise clamping
  • Clamping method: axial traction via external thread
  • Best results: do not exceed 0.1 mm under nominal diameter
  • Bore: smooth
