SCHAUBLIN W12 UP Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet in its UP (Ultra-Precision) version provides axial clamping into the spindle housing via a dedicated clamping wrench.

It features a precise external thread with a nominal diameter closely matching the body diameter, and is specifically designed for high-precision applications.

  • Application: toolroom lathes and ultra-precision machines
  • Opening: minimal – suitable for controlled clamping
  • Recommended tolerance: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: guaranteed when used at nominal size
  • Bore: smooth – perfect for delicate workpieces
