SCHAUBLIN W20 Hexagonal Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet with a hexagonal bore is clamped axially into its seat using a dedicated clamping wrench.

It features an external thread with a nominal diameter nearly equal to the collet body, providing secure clamping of hexagonal parts in precision setups.

  • Recommended use: toolroom lathes and precision machines
  • Bore type: hexagonal – for hex-shaped components
  • Opening: minimal – ideal for controlled clamping
  • Clamping tolerance: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: ensured when clamping at nominal size
