SCHAUBLIN W20 Nose Collet – Type W

The SCHAUBLIN W-type Nose Collet operates by axial traction, pulled into the spindle seat using a dedicated tightening key.

Its tapered, narrow clamping head ("nose") makes it ideal for fine precision applications and tight access clamping zones.

  • Recommended use: watchmaking lathes, fine machining, precision machines
  • Opening: limited, for controlled clamping
  • Clamping method: internal traction via external thread
  • Optimal clamping: do not exceed 0.1 mm under nominal size
  • Bore: smooth
