SCHAUBLIN W20 Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet clamps axially by drawing it into its housing using a suitable clamping wrench.

It is distinct from other collets by its external thread, whose nominal diameter nearly matches the collet body.

  • Recommended use: toolroom lathes and precision machinery
  • Opening: minimal – perfect for controlled tightening
  • Clamping range: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: ensured when used at nominal diameter
  • Bore: generally smooth
