SCHAUBLIN W25 UP Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet, in its UP (Ultra-Precision) version, is axially drawn into its seat using a dedicated clamping wrench.

It features an external thread whose nominal diameter nearly matches the collet body. This UP model is designed for maximum concentricity and demanding machining applications.

  • Application: toolroom lathes and precision CNC machinery
  • Opening: minimal – ideal for controlled and accurate clamping
  • Recommended clamping: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: guaranteed at nominal size
  • Bore: smooth – suitable for delicate workpieces
