Tripan® 111S clamping element assembly

The Tripan® 111S clamping assembly enables high-precision machining thanks to its rigidity and repeatability. It accommodates Series 1 tool holders. Supplied with a tie rod, a hex key, a Tripan® 1220 clamping lever, and a Tripan® 1201 wrench.

Amax=40mm / Bmax=35mm / C=16 to 32mm

A: Distance from the center of the turret with the face of the fixture table or cross slide that is parallel to the spindle.

B: Distance from the center of the turret with the face of the clamping table or cross slide which is perpendicular to the spindle.

C: The height of your lathe spindle center should be between 16 and 32mm from the clamping table or cross slide.
