HSK-E50 d8 Shrink-Fit End Mill Holder "SCHAUBLIN"

The SCHAUBLIN shrink-fit holder is designed to provide optimal clamping through thermal expansion. Its cylindrical bore is heated to allow insertion of the tool, then contracts as it cools, ensuring an extremely rigid and concentric hold.

Leveraging its expertise, SCHAUBLIN offers shrink-fit toolholders compatible with most induction or hot-air systems. They are suitable for many types of carbide tools and, under certain conditions, HSS tools, with or without coating.

  • Application: High-precision milling, machining of hard metals
  • Compatibility: Induction or hot-air systems
  • Shrink temperature: 150–300 °C depending on tool type
  • Accepted material: Carbide, HSS (per manufacturer recommendations)
  • Design: Outer contour optimized for rigidity and safety
  • Recommended tolerances: e4...f5, ISO h4 to h6, ISO m6 (depending on the tool)

Where your order ships from. All our shipments leave Switzerland, from our warehouse in Val Terbi. International orders are consolidated at our premises, then sent as a single parcel.

Carrier. UPS worldwide, Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
