Description

Precision 3-jaw scroll chuck with cast iron body, for lathes with W-type threaded spindle (Schaublin). Fast concentric clamping, from ø 80 to ø 160 mm.

Good to know: Ready to mount: screws directly onto the lathe's threaded spindle nose (W 12 = Schaublin 70, W 20 = Schaublin 102), with no backplate to buy. Jaws, key and screws are included in the price.

  • Mounting: W-type thread, retaining ring included
  • Body: cast iron, with central lubrication
  • Clamping: self-centring via scroll and bevel pinions
  • Durability: hardened scroll and jaws, flanks ground on both sides
  • Compatible with: Schaublin 70 (W 12) and 102 (W 20) lathes

Standard accessories: 1 set of drilling jaws, 1 set of turning jaws, 1 chuck key, 1 set of fixing screws.
