Description

Automatic collet chuck for bar work, with threaded nose for expanding mandrels and pre-machined funnel collets.

  • Mounting: ASA A2 short taper (DIN 55026), taper size 4, 5 or 6
  • Compatible collets: draw-type collets W20 and W25 – standard or long version L; expanding mandrels on the nose
  • Threaded nose: M 37.6 × 3 (W20) / M 47.6 × 3 (W25)
  • Operation: draw-type clamping, parallel gripping, collets seated directly in the body; very high axial and radial rigidity
  • Speed / force: max. 8000 rpm; draw force 750 daN (W20) / 1000 daN (W25)
  • Recommended cylinder: VNK 70-37 or SIN-S 50

Available separately: expanding mandrels, draw-type collets, ejector.
