Description

Automatic collet chuck with stroke limitation and axially fixed (dead-length) collet. Clamps very thin-walled parts down to 0.25 mm without distortion.

  • Mounting: ASA A2 short taper (DIN 55026), taper size 4, 5 or 6
  • Compatible collets: W20, W25, 5C, B32, B45 – round, square or hex
  • Stroke limitation: mechanical adjustment accessible from outside, directly on the machine
  • Operation: draw-type clamping, axially fixed collet, parallel gripping; very high rigidity; suited to radial tools
  • Speed / force: max. 8000 rpm (B45: 6000 rpm); draw force 750 to 2700 daN; cylinder VNK 70-37
  • Chip wiper: optional; usable only with genuine Schaublin collets

Available separately: collets, ejector, key for B collets.

Where your order ships from. All our shipments leave Switzerland, from our warehouse in Val Terbi. International orders are consolidated at our premises, then sent as a single parcel.

Carrier. UPS worldwide, Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
