SCHAUBLIN B32/45 UP Nose Collet – Bore Ø2 to 40 mm

Designed for precise clamping operations.

Clamping is achieved by pulling the collet into its seat using a tightening key.

  • External thread smaller than body diameter: ideal for toolmaker lathes and high-precision machines.
  • Also suitable for production lathes (narrow opening in toolroom version).
  • Optimal concentricity: use a collet matching the nominal diameter of the part.
  • Smooth bores by default. Grooved from Ø9 mm or slotted from Ø14 mm available for production use.
