Designed for clamping delicate or fragile workpieces. Provides a quick solution when urgent, custom clamping is required.

The body is hardened and ground; the brass head is soft, slotted, with a central pilot hole. It can be machined directly on a lathe to the desired diameter, ensuring perfect concentricity without damaging the part.

Instructions:

• Check that the 3 retaining pins are in place.
• Clamp the collet using the standard collet holder.
• Lightly bore or turn to the desired diameter.
• Remove the pins, clean the collet – ready to use.
