SCHAUBLIN BCR32 UP Nose Collet – Bore Ø1.5 to 28 mm

Designed for high-precision clamping applications.

Clamping is performed by pulling the collet into its seat using a tightening key.

  • External thread smaller than body diameter: ideal for toolmaker lathes and high-precision machines.
  • Also suitable for production lathes with small opening (toolroom version).
  • Optimal concentricity: use a collet matching the nominal diameter of the workpiece.
  • Smooth bores by default. Grooved from Ø9 mm or slotted from Ø14 mm available for production use.
