SCHAUBLIN W10 Nose Collet – Type W

The SCHAUBLIN W-type Nose Collet is pulled axially into its seat using an external thread and a clamping wrench.

This collet features a tapered, pointed nose designed for fine machining, delicate part holding, and access-limited setups.

  • Recommended use: fine-turning, watchmaking, toolroom lathes
  • Clamping method: internal traction via external thread
  • Clamping tolerance: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: guaranteed when used at nominal size
  • Bore: smooth
