SCHAUBLIN W10 UP Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet, in its UP (Ultra-Precision) version, clamps axially by being drawn into its seat with a clamping wrench.

It features an external thread with a nominal diameter nearly equal to the body diameter, and is specially manufactured for maximum concentricity and high-precision use.

  • Recommended use: toolroom and high-precision lathes
  • Opening: minimal – ideal for controlled clamping
  • Clamping range: avoid exceeding 0.1 mm below nominal size
  • Concentricity: guaranteed when used at nominal diameter
  • Bore: smooth – perfect for sensitive or delicate parts
