SCHAUBLIN W15 Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet provides axial clamping by drawing the collet into its seat using a suitable wrench.

It features an external thread whose nominal diameter nearly matches the collet body, ensuring a secure and precise fit.

  • Recommended use: toolroom lathes and high-precision machinery
  • Opening: minimal – ideal for controlled tightening
  • Clamping range: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: guaranteed when nominal size is respected
  • Bore: generally smooth
