SCHAUBLIN W15 UP Pull-Type Collet

The SCHAUBLIN type W Pull-Type Collet, in its UP (Ultra-Precision) version, provides axial clamping into the spindle using a dedicated wrench.

It features an external thread with a nominal diameter nearly equal to the body, and is engineered for maximum concentricity in high-precision applications.

  • Application: toolroom lathes and ultra-precision equipment
  • Opening: minimal – suitable for controlled, accurate clamping
  • Recommended tolerance: do not exceed 0.1 mm below nominal diameter
  • Concentricity: guaranteed when used at nominal size
  • Bore: smooth – ideal for delicate workpieces

Where your order ships from. All our shipments leave Switzerland, from our warehouse in Val Terbi. International orders are consolidated at our premises, then sent as a single parcel.
