Description

Key-operated manual collet chuck for Schaublin draw-type collets and American 5C collets. For lathes, milling and drilling machines.

Good to know: To mount it on your lathe, add the adapter flange that matches your spindle nose (DIN 55026, 55027 or 55029), sold separately. Collets are not included.

  • Mounting: W 20 to 386 E: cylindrical seat D H7 95 mm, flange F 108 mm, 3 × M8; B 45: DIN 6350
  • Compatible collets: W 20 (349E), W 25 (364E), 5C (= Schaublin W 31.75), B 32, 386 E, B 45
  • Operation: draw-type collet, manual clamping via key on the chuck body
  • Max. speed: 6000 rpm (B 45: 4500 rpm)
  • Other mountings: on request: W20 / W25 thread, Camlock DIN 55029, bayonet DIN 55027, ASA 2 DIN 55026 or special flange

Supplied with: 1 operating key, 1 set of mounting screws.
