Quick solution for urgent clamping of special diameters. The body is hardened and ground; the head is left soft, slotted, with a central pilot hole.

Can be machined directly on a lathe to the desired bore (offset, grooved, or custom shape), ensuring optimal concentricity and standard collet elasticity.

Machining procedure:

• Check that the 3 retaining pins are in place.
• Clamp the collet using the standard collet holder.
• Bore, turn, or grind to the desired diameter.
• Remove from the spindle, take out pins, clean – ready to use.
